Transmitting Data
We accept artwork via CD, DVD, and E-Mail. Please note that e-mail attachments should not exceed 20Mb.
File Organisation?
Keep all your related files together in a single folder. Do not supply files that are not used in your artwork. Please make sure all linked files are updated.
When supplying artwork on disk or email?
Please supply a hardcopy of final artwork layout. Without this we accept no responsibility if any fonts or images etc. are missing.
Applications?
InDesign CS2, Illustrator CS2, Photoshop CS2, FlexiSign Pro 8, TIFF, EPS, PDF (Print Quality), JPEG (Max Quality), High res PDF.
Suppling Fonts in artwork?
All fonts should be converted to outlines within the document.
Colour Matching?
Please assign any Pantone colours as spot when used in the document, especially in logos, this will allow us to match colours accurately.

Images Resolution?
Images must be supplied at a minimum of 100 dpi if at 100% of final output size. Therefore they should be 400 dpi if at 25% of final output size, and 200 dpi if at 50% of final output size. These resolutions are the absolute minimum requirements, images can be supplied at higher resolutions if desired.
Supplied Document Layout?
Create the document at 100%, 50% or 25% of final size. For example a document with a final size of 1800 mm x 1200 mm could be supplied at 900 mm x 600 mm (50%), or 450 mm x 300 mm (25%) Please clearly mark the final trim size, including panel trim sizes in the case of Pop-Up displays. All documents should have a 5 mm bleed on all sides.
What is the largest sign I could order from a SIGNARAMA full service sign center?
There are no signs too large for us!
Does SIGNARAMA create trade show booths and graphics?
Yes, and often. We can customize them, or sell you pre fabricated, travel booths.
Can my sign be delivered?
Yes, we can deliver your signs
If I am getting a sign installed on my vehicle, how long will my car/truck/van be out of service?
Most vehicles can be lettered in one business day.
Do I need a permit for my sign?
You may or may not. We will do the work to find out exactly what you need and help attain the permit before the sign is installed if necessary.
If I have special color matching requirements, or need to have my letterhead and business cards matched can SIGNARAMA meet my needs?
Yes. Depending on the type of sign and it’s uses, we can match according to your needs.
I see many vehicles that are completely covered in advertising, can SIGNARAMA provide this service?
Yes. This depends on your vehicle and budget. The best thing to do is have one of our design engineers inspect your vehicle and take measurements for a quote.
If I bring my logo on a disk / CD, what format works best?
Depending on your needs and the design of the sign, many formats are viable. We will discuss this on a case by case basis.
What kind of deposit do you require?
We require 50% down on all orders.
